Managing Director
Mark is a graduate from the National University of Singapore and holds a B.Sc. degree in Estate Management (Hons) and a M.Sc. degree in Real Estate. He is a licenced appraiser for Land and Building and oversees the Valuation and Investment Sales Division. At times, he undertakes valuation work for the HDB and JTC together with private valuations for a large number of both local, foreign and multi national companies and Banks.

Deputy Managing Director
Kai Li is our Deputy Managing Director. She is presently in-charge of the day to day management of commercial, industrial and residential projects under the management of the firm. She is also actively involved in assisting Management Corporation in the process of claiming against Developers for defects. She is also an integral part of the business development team. She holds an appraiser’s licence for Land and Buildings and is also a qualified Fire Safety Manager.

Director, Property & Facilities Management
Dennis has many years of management experience in both Town Council and the private sector. His widespread experience and expertise encompass commercial, industrial as well as residential properties. He is also actively involved in assisting Management Corporation in the process of claiming against Developers for defects.
