Managing Director
Mark is a graduate from the National University of Singapore and holds a B.Sc. degree in Estate Management (Hons) and a M.Sc. degree in Real Estate. He is a licenced appraiser for Land and Building and oversees the Valuation and Investment Sales Division. At times, he undertakes valuation work for the HDB and JTC together with private valuations for a large number of both local, foreign and multi national companies and Banks.

Deputy Managing Director
Sim Kai Li is our Deputy Managing Director. She oversees all the commercial, industrial and residential projects which are under the management of the firm.

 

Besides being well versed in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, she is also holding an appraiser’s licence for Land and Buildings and is also a qualified Fire Safety Manager.

Dennis Cheng has many years of management experience in both public and private sector. His widespread experience and expertise encompass commercial, industrial as well as residential properties. He is also actively involved in assisting Management Corporation in the process of claiming against Developers for defects.

Senior Property Manager
Joel has many years of experience in the property management industries and is experienced in handling issues involving insurance claims. He is also actively assisting the Business Development Team with Contract Reviews and is well updated with all statutory requirements in respect of property management.

Property Manager
Kiok Hwa is a civil engineer and graduated from the National University of Singapore. He has been with the firm since 1991, and is an experienced professional in the maintenance and management of all types of properties. Among others, he is also fully conversant with the provisions of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, Building Control Act, and Lift Codes of Practice.

Manager, Property & Business Development
Florence has many years of experience in the property management industries. Having worked in several major property consultancies before, Florence has experienced managing a wide range of projects including condominiums, industrial buildings and offices. She is a qualified Fire Safety Manager. Florence is currently in charge of business development for the property management division.

Xavis has many years of experience in strata title and public housing management, managing condominiums and town councils. She oversees a team of property executives, condominium managers, technicians and administrative assistants. She is also a licensed Valuer and has been a Fire Safety Manager for industrial properties.

With more than 30 years of experience in the property industry, Hun Poh heads the Agency department which specialises in the sales and rental of both private and public properties.
