As the firm enters into the new millennium, our totally Singaporean identity has positioned competitively in the local dynamic market as well as the Australian, China and Malaysian markets. We aim to serve all clients’ interests beyond the walls of territorial boundaries.

As part of our expansion strategy, Newman & Goh has plans to launch more offices worldwide. The firm has successfully achieved and obtained the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification for both the Valuation and Property Management Departments. In 2004, the firm has been accredited with a Category A listing by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) / Association of Property and Facilities Management (APFM) under a scheme to enhance the professionalism of property management firms in Singapore.

Currently, the firm employs more than 150 staff operating from our Singapore offices. The operations are well supported by a network of regional offices in Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Beijing and Vietnam.

Newman & Goh is also advancing into the e-commerce business and the firm will be implementing our very own user-friendly web-based portal to serve our rapidly growing clientele.
