Admin Assistant

1 to 2 years experience preferred |

Computer literate with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. |

Pleasant personality and able to work independently |

Good telephone etiquette and communication skills |
Account Assistant

Minimum LCCI Intermediate/ Higher Accounting |

Minimum 2 years experience in the operations of full set of accounts |

Knowledge in accounts for Management Corporation |
Condominium Manager
| • |
Diploma/ Degree in Estate Management with relevant experience in Strata Titled Properties or Equivalent |

Conversant in BMSMA |

Good communication, administration and managerial skills |

Able to work independently |
